New Testament Deacons serve the Lord by conducting the caring ministry of the church-doing the benevolence work, visiting the sick, being alert to the spiritual needs of the congregation-for the purposes of freeing the pastoral staff to focus on prayer and the ministry of the Word, promoting unit
Men's Ministry meets every Monday night at 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. A Men's Ministry Breakfast is held the last Saturday of the month, 7:00 am, at Brooks Ranch in Atwater. All men aged High School and above are encouraged to attend as we continue our study through the Bible.
The mid-week Bible study and prayer time is designed to be an informal gather of those who desire a more personal approach to spiritual growth. Currently the study is held in the sanctuary on Wednesday evenings, 6:30 p.m.
Worship is key to everything we do. The worship services of the First Family are designed to enlighten our understanding of God, enliven our spirit in joyful celebration of Jesus Christ, and empower our life in following the leadership of the Holy Spirit.
