Ministries

Awana equips local volunteers in churches around the world with Biblical evangelism and discipleship solutions so that today's children may become tomorrow's Christian leaders, in every aspect of society and culture.

Our vision for the children's ministries department here at Winton First Baptist Church is to empower, equip, and activate children to advance the Kingdom of God. It's our heart that they know Him, encounter Him, and adore Him.

We are excited about the music ministry of the First Family.  Every service is filled with congregational singing, choral music, solos, duets, trios, quartets and ensembles.

The First Family is active in ministry preparation, worship, Bible study, witnessing, caring, prayer and music.

The Pastors of the church provide a daily devotional entitled Today's Word of Encouragement they hope will be a source of inspiration, encouragement, and strengthening of your faith.

New Testament Deacons serve the Lord by conducting the caring ministry of the church-doing the benevolence work, visiting the sick, being alert to the spiritual needs of the congregation-for the purposes of freeing the pastoral staff to focus on prayer and the ministry of the Word, promoting unit
