Linda was born in Merced, California, to William & Patricia Howells. She has been a lifetime resident of the Winton/Atwater area. She graduated from Atwater High School in 1974 and attended Merced College. She has been married to Wyatt Bowman since June 14, 1975. Linda has two children and four grandchildren. Linda has been the Secretary of First Baptist Church, Winton, since June 1989.
