The Spirit Riders scheduled run for Saturday, August 22nd will be to Yosemite Valley. We will leave the circle drive at the church no later than 9:00 am. The run will take us up Hwy 140 to Mariposa, Hwy 49 to Oakhurst, Hwy 41 through the park gate and to Wawona where we will have lunch at the historic Wawona Hotel. We will then proceed through the park to Yosemite Village, round the loop, exit on Hwy 140 through El Portal, back to Mariposa, then home by around 4:00 pm
The weather for Saturday is forecast to be clear and 88 degrees. Park entrance fee is $15 per motorcycle. Seniors and park passes get in cheaper. The entrance fee will go up to $20 per motorcycle next year. Lunch will cost $15-$20 depending on what you order.
