Discipleship Training
It is not only important that the good news of Jesus be taught and preached, but also that the principles of spiritual living be applied to daily life. Jesus instructed His followers to:
...go and make disciples in all the nations, baptizing them into the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and then teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you; and be sure of this - that I am with you always, even to the end of the ages.
Matthew 28.19-20
Discipleship gives special attention to the application of the disciplines of the Christian faith. The believer learns how to live according to the commands of Jesus Christ. Classes are taught on many of the practicalities of faith in everyday life.
